We were excited when we were asked by Smirnoff to produce Non-Woven drawstring bags for their Smirnoff Festival this year.
They have turned out great and we will be uploading a photo soon!
Non - Woven is a great idea for doing something different for your clients. The material is brilliant for this style of bag too - very light, very durable and the print comes out fantastic!
Due to the way this material is made, from a soft textured polypropylene, it looks and feels just like soft textured cloth.
What's great about that is the bags are cheaper than what a cloth based material would be for printing - although no one would guess it was polypropylene, but the Non-Woven PP bags are completely biodegradable!
So, you can advertise your brand, your event or function and feel as good as an Eco-Friendly company should!

Future Bags was delighted when Look Magazine asked us to produce Cotton / Canvas Bags for The LOOK Show: London Fashion Week's first-ever magazine runway show.
We produce in our Far East Factory 7oz Natural Cotton / Canvas Bags and print 2 different logos on each side : Side 1 had The Look Show logo (grey, white and black) and Side 2 had Olivia Rubin artwork (9 colours) see picture below:

Heat Transfer, (as its name says it) transfers images to the bag without messy inks. The process is fast, it lasts and it is profitable. Heat Transfer printing is clean and environmentally safe, which makes it appealing in today's health and safety conscience work environments. There are no suspect liquid by-products.
Using Screen Printing process, we can overprint already bags upto 8 solid pantone colours. It's quick and economical !!

Boris Johnson, Mayor of London wishes to become first UK and World City plastic bags free for the Olympics Games in 2012. Will he be as successfull as Rebecca Hosking? Miss Hosking is a wildlife filmmaker and best known for her campaign to ban plastic bags in her home town of Modbury in Devon (in UK).
Modbury became famous as the first UK's town and World's town to go plastic bag free. This little Devon town is an example across the world.
The idea is that changing the habit will protect marine life and save non-renewable resource. It's worth remembering that plastic bags have only been around since 70's yet they can take 1,000 years to decompose compared to paper bags which take a month to decompose.
A habit worth changing? We say YES definitely!
